Disaster Recovery / Planning - Lightning, hurricanes, fire, viruses, hackers, harddrive crashes... There are affordable methods of protecting your data and equipment that are appropriate for small business.  Don't risk being one of the many who go out of business after a significant data loss.

...And for the traveler - Overnight repair or rebuild of your laptop PC.  While failed hardware requires getting parts from your laptop manufacturer, most laptop issues are software-related, and can be quickly remedied by backing up your data and reloading the operating system and software on your laptop.  In many cases, less-invasive cleanup and removal of hostile or unneeded programs can get you back to work in a hurry.
